This is not a class where hypnotherapy is ‘done’ to you, to get you to stop eating certain foods, (whilst that does work, it’s only for weeks, or even days) – this is not a fad diet – this is looking at long term changes to how we think about food and our relationship to it and in particular comfort/stress eating.
Hypnotherapy is a combination of Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy. The Psychotherapy in itself is extremely beneficial and its effects are enhanced by the application of Hypnotherapy, which enables the subconscious mind to make positive changes.
